These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the vsbat platform. By registering an account or placing any bet on vsbat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. Players must be 18 years or older.
18+ Age Requirement
vsbat is strictly an adults-only platform. No person under the age of 18 may register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on this site.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one registered account on vsbat. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
BDT Transactions Only
All deposits and withdrawals on vsbat are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers.
Fair Play Obligation
All players are required to engage with vsbat in good faith. Any attempt to manipulate games, exploit software errors, engage in match-fixing, or defraud the platform will result in permanent account closure.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and vsbat ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the vsbat website at https://vsbat.app, including all associated mobile applications, features, services, and betting or gaming products made available through the platform.
By completing registration, logging into your account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on vsbat, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines referenced herein or published separately on the vsbat platform, including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules that may apply.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the vsbat platform and refrain from registering an account or placing any bets. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. vsbat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated or paraphrased summary, the English text shall prevail. vsbat operates this platform targeting the Bangladesh market, and all references to currency default to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.
Important Notice
vsbat reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of Terms violation. Decisions made by vsbat in this regard are final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 7 of these Terms.
What You Agree To
Age Restriction & Eligibility
vsbat is strictly an 18+ platform. It is an absolute condition of registration and continued use that every player is at least 18 years of age at the time of account creation and at all times thereafter. Persons under the age of 18 are expressly prohibited from registering an account, accessing game or betting content, depositing funds, or claiming any promotion on vsbat.
In addition to the minimum age requirement, players must meet all of the following eligibility conditions to register and maintain a vsbat account:
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of a vsbat employee or affiliate in a role that could create a conflict of interest with fair play.
- You must not be self-excluded from the vsbat platform or any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion agreement that covers vsbat.
- You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law in a manner that would make use of vsbat unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
vsbat employs age and identity verification procedures as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age — such as a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any point during account registration or prior to processing a withdrawal. Accounts where age verification has not been satisfactorily completed may have their withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is resolved.
If vsbat has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered account is being accessed by, or on behalf of, a person under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend that account pending investigation. If the suspicion is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all pending withdrawals will be withheld, and any deposits made by the underage player will be refunded in accordance with applicable procedures.
KYC Verification
vsbat may request a copy of your National ID Card (NID), passport, or utility bill at any time to verify your identity and age. Submitting false or altered documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
For adults aged 18 and above. Players must confirm their age during registration. vsbat takes underage gambling extremely seriously.
Account Registration
To access vsbat's betting and gaming services, you must first register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You are permitted to hold only one single account on the vsbat platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and a preferred method of payment. You must ensure that this information is kept up to date at all times. vsbat accepts no liability for errors or losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you, whether or not you personally authorised it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact vsbat support immediately at [email protected].
- Accurate details: All registration information must be truthful and match your official identity documents.
- One account per person: Operating multiple accounts, even under different names, is strictly prohibited.
- Account security: You are responsible for all activity on your account. Use a strong, unique password and do not share it.
- KYC compliance: You must submit identity verification documents when requested. Failure to comply may result in account restrictions.
- No third-party accounts: You may not register or operate an account on behalf of another person or allow others to use your account.
- Bangladesh residency: vsbat primarily serves players based in Bangladesh. Account holders are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with their local laws.
Registration Requirements
Duplicate Account Warning
If a duplicate account is detected, vsbat reserves the right to close all associated accounts without prior notice and to withhold any balances pending investigation. Winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be considered void.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on vsbat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vsbat supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others as made available within your account dashboard.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your vsbat account in real time in the vast majority of cases. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment channel and are displayed in the deposit section of your account. vsbat does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial services provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their standard transaction charges, which are outside vsbat's control. You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may trigger a KYC review or account suspension.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by vsbat's payments team. vsbat targets processing of bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests within 30 minutes during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6), though actual completion times depend on the receiving financial service provider. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. vsbat reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal of ৳10,000 or above.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML): vsbat maintains an active Anti-Money Laundering policy. Deposits must represent personal discretionary income. Using the vsbat platform to move, layer, or conceal funds of any origin is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities. vsbat may freeze account funds and withhold withdrawals for up to 30 days if unusual transaction patterns are identified pending AML review.
- Currency: All balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT (৳).
- Own funds only: You may only deposit money that belongs to you personally. No third-party funding.
- Withdrawal verification: Identity must be verified before any withdrawal can be processed. Have your NID ready.
- Withdrawal limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per channel and are displayed in your account dashboard.
- Processing times: Target sub-30-minute processing for bKash and Nagad during BST business hours. Bank transfers may take longer.

Bonuses & Promotions
vsbat periodically offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, loyalty rewards, and seasonal promotional offers to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer within the platform. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion only.
Wagering Requirements: Most bonus offers carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier specifying how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion and must be completed within the specified time period. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
Bonus Abuse: vsbat actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using irregular betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., placing offsetting bets), or exploiting technical errors to claim unintended bonuses. Any player found to be abusing promotions will have their bonus and associated winnings voided, and their account may be permanently closed.
Seasonal Promotions: vsbat offers seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh calendar, including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16). These promotions carry their own specific terms, minimum deposit requirements, and expiry dates, all of which are communicated clearly when the promotion is made available.
- One bonus per player per promotion: Each offer may only be claimed once per verified account.
- Wagering requirements apply: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met.
- Expiry dates: All bonuses have an expiry date. Unused or incomplete bonus funds are forfeited upon expiry.
- Minimum deposit may apply: Some bonuses require a qualifying deposit of a specified minimum amount to activate.
- vsbat's decision is final: In all matters relating to bonus eligibility and calculation, vsbat's determination is conclusive.
General Bonus Rules
Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance within your account. Bonus funds are used for wagering only and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the winnings derived from meeting wagering requirements on bonus funds become part of your withdrawable real-money balance.
Bangladesh Seasonal Offers
Betting & Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity on vsbat is governed by both these general Terms and the specific rules applicable to each product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other game type hosted on the platform. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules applicable to any game or market before placing a bet or wager.
Sports Betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled. Odds are subject to change before bet confirmation. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at any time during an event at vsbat's discretion. vsbat reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error or at clearly incorrect odds. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to the cricket-specific rules published in the sports betting section of the platform.
Casino Games: All casino games hosted on vsbat — including slots, live dealer tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger), and crash games (including Aviator by Spribe, Dragon Gate, and Let's Shoot) — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or are operated under live studio conditions by qualified dealers. Game results are final once a round is completed. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with support within 7 days of the relevant game session.
Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, vsbat reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to the player's account. vsbat is not liable for any claimed winnings arising from a technical error. The decision to void a round rests entirely with vsbat and is final.
Cricket Betting
vsbat offers comprehensive markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and all Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. In-play betting is available subject to market suspension rules. All cricket bets are settled in accordance with official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI).
Crash Games
Crash games including Aviator, Dragon Gate, and Let's Shoot use certified provably fair or RNG-based mechanics. Players must cash out before the multiplier crashes. Failure to cash out within the active round results in the loss of the staked amount. No refunds are issued for missed cash-outs.
Prohibited Conduct
vsbat maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards prohibited conduct of any kind. The following actions are expressly forbidden on the vsbat platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any balances, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh.
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
- Money laundering: Using vsbat deposits and withdrawals to layer, move, or conceal funds of any origin, including proceeds of criminal activity.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, table, or bet, including chip-dumping in live poker or multi-accounting.
- Match fixing: Placing bets on sporting events in which you have any involvement or privileged information related to the outcome of that event.
- Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
- Chargeback abuse: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or MFS provider after funds have been credited to your vsbat account and wagered.
- Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or software bugs to generate unintended winnings.
- Underage access: Registering an account or permitting access to the platform by any person under the age of 18.
- Abusive behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, or offensive language towards vsbat support staff or other platform users.
vsbat uses automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. If an investigation is ongoing, vsbat reserves the right to freeze account funds for up to 60 days pending resolution. Players under investigation will be notified where legally permissible and will have the opportunity to respond to any findings before a final decision is made.
AML Compliance
vsbat complies with anti-money laundering best practices. Suspicious transaction patterns are reported in accordance with applicable financial regulations. Player cooperation with AML verification requests is mandatory and non-negotiable.
Consequence of Breach
A confirmed breach of these prohibited conduct rules will result in: (1) immediate account closure, (2) forfeiture of all balances including deposits and winnings, (3) reporting to relevant Bangladesh authorities where required by law, and (4) a permanent ban from re-registering on vsbat.
Account Suspension & Closure
Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your vsbat account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, vsbat will confirm your identity and ensure any outstanding balance is returned to your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal verification process. If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons, please inform the support team so that appropriate self-exclusion options can be discussed first.
vsbat-Initiated Suspension: vsbat reserves the right to suspend your account at any time without prior notice if: (a) we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms; (b) we receive a request from a law enforcement agency or financial regulator; (c) your account shows signs of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity; or (d) you have failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period. Suspended accounts may have their withdrawals held pending investigation.
vsbat-Initiated Closure: vsbat may permanently close an account where: (a) a breach of these Terms has been confirmed following investigation; (b) the player is found to be under 18 years of age; (c) the account has been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months and carries a zero balance; or (d) vsbat decides, in its sole discretion and for any lawful business reason, to terminate the relationship. In the case of a business-reason closure where no breach is involved, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. vsbat will notify the account holder via their registered email before applying any dormancy administration fee. After 24 consecutive months of inactivity with a zero balance, the account may be closed without further notice.
- Self-closure: Contact support at any time to close your account. Balances will be returned to your registered payment method.
- Responsible gaming closure: Players closing for responsible gaming reasons will be offered self-exclusion options before the account is closed.
- Suspension notice: Where legally permissible, vsbat will inform you of a suspension and the reason for it within a reasonable timeframe.
- Balance on closure: Any verified real-money balance will be returned upon account closure, except where funds are subject to forfeiture due to a confirmed Terms breach.
- Dormancy fee: A monthly dormancy administration fee may apply to inactive accounts after 12 months. The fee schedule is displayed in the account settings section of the platform.

Limitation of Liability, Governing Law & Amendments
Limitation of Liability
vsbat provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vsbat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from technical malfunctions, delayed withdrawals, or interruptions to service. vsbat's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arose.
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which vsbat operates. Any unresolved dispute that cannot be settled through vsbat's internal complaints procedure may be referred to binding arbitration. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful under the laws of their own jurisdiction, including the laws of Bangladesh.
Amendments to Terms
vsbat reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Where a change is material, vsbat will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of vsbat following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Complaints Procedure

All complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 7 business days where possible. vsbat's decision on a complaint is final once the internal review process has been completed and communicated to the player.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.
